1. The adopter must be between 25 and 65 years old and hold a Hong Kong identity card.
2. Applicants may be required to submit identity documents and valid proof of residential address.
3. "House of Waves" may arrange volunteers to visit the applicant's home.
4. "House of Waves" reserves the right to reject any adoption application without prior notice.
5. All the information collected in this application form is only for internal use of "Langlang House" and will not be disclosed to third parties.

2. Applicants may require to provide HK identity card copy and address proof.
3. A home visit may be conducted by the "Home for Homeless Dog" (HFHD) volunteer with the applicant.
4. HFHD reserves the right to refuse any application for adoption without notice.
5. The information provided in this form will be used internally within the HFHD and will not be disclosed to any third party.
